Medical help for Homeless Animals

Abandoned pets in Currituck County have hope in the form of a dedicated organization that takes in stray cats and dogs and nurses them back to health and ready for adoption. Even when a fire recently caused damage, they continue to care for every animal that comes to them.

The Currituck SPCA is an organization comprised of passionate advocates that love animals as much as they love us humans: unconditionally. They’re fueled by a commitment to the well being and care of all animals within our community. The SPCA is known as an agency changing our community four paws at a time. As a non-profit, they rely on donors to continue to care for abandoned pets.

The recent fire and an increase in the number of pets are raising the operational costs. We are dedicated to helping out and are seeking to donate $500 to provide continuing medical care for the shelter pets.
